Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this latest document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section detailing different sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
